The Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Committee invites you to become a vendor in our Hunt Cup Boutique on Sunday, November 1, 2026 during the 91st running of The Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Races.
At the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup, we have thoughtfully arranged the vendor tents in a semi-circle formation, creating a visually appealing display. Moreover, we have added a food truck with hightops in front where attendees can enjoy delicious snacks and refreshments. The proximity of the winner’s circle adds to the excitement, while our dedicated beneficiary has their own tent and truck nearby. All of these elements come together to create a natural center that attracts and captivates everyone, making it a focal point of the event.
Race day features four NSA sanctioned races, Pony Races, a traditional Carriage Parade, Mr. Stewart’s Cheshire Fox Hounds Parade, a Stick Pony Race for Kids, Food & Beverage vendors and lots of Tailgating.
Vendor space is limited and applications are reviewed to avoid duplicate offerings.
Important Dates:
- Sept 30 – Deadline for applications to be included in the program and website
- October 15 – Deadline to submit COI and Health Certificates
- Nov 1 – Race Day (Rain or Shine)
Set up time for the shops at the Hunt Cup Boutique is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Tear down is after 4:30 pm or 30 min after the last race. You cannot leave early as you will cross the course.
The Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Committee is a 501(c) (3) not-for profit organization that has raised close to $2 million for charitable organizations in our community. The Chester County Food Bank is our main beneficiary again.
Vendor space is limited so reserve your space early! Electricity is available for $50 – must be paid in advance with vendor fee.
