Dear Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Fans,

Only vehicles with a parking pass will be allowed to enter – up to six occupants permitted/per car (children six years and under are free and do not count towards the limit of six). Dogs are not permitted, so please leave your dogs at home. You will receive your ticket via email. Please print your ticket and show to our gate crew at the entrance on race day. Our convenient PA Hunt Cup Ticket App allows you to track all your purchases. If you have the App on your phone you won’t need to bring any paper tickets.

Renewal Eligibility for Longtime Subscribers

We recognize the loyalty of our longtime subscribers. If you choose not to renew your Tailgate Spot for a particular year but wish to return in the following year, you retain the right to renew. If you communicate with us, you can skip renewing for a single year without forfeiting your renewal privileges.

Communication is Key: Open communication is essential to maintaining your renewal eligibility. If you’re considering not renewing for a year, please reach out to us and request a temporary break. This will help ensure your right to renew remains intact for the following year.
Consequences of Non-Renewal Without Prior Notice: If a subscriber decides not to renew their Tailgate Spot without requesting a temporary break in their subscription, they will forfeit the right of renewal. We encourage you to communicate your intention to take a break to retain your future renewal eligibility.

Pennsylvania Hunt Cup App!

Users can track their purchases and use the app at the gate. One can purchase tickets on behalf of friends and family and transfer the tickets via the PHC app. Each ticket will only scan once. After this point they will not be valid for further use. Additional purchases like the program or other merchandise will be tracked by the app as well. Download it to your phone HERE.

Race Day Programs are $10 CASH ONLY if you buy them on race day, on the grounds. You can pre-purchase when you buy your ticket, OR click the button below to pre-purchase just a program, without a ticket. You will need to have your race day program ticket scanned at the gate to redeem it for a program.

	Finish Line East – Below the Ruins – $450: Reserved parking on the rail in the center of the course. Premier Parking along the rail for an up close view of the last fences. 	Hilltop Tailgate – $250: Maximise your view of the entire racecourse. Park on top of the hill. Spaces are not numbered. Cars will be parked in order of arrival. Dogs are not permitted, so please leave your dog at home. Click here to purchase your Online Ticket
	General Admission – $100 in advance / $125 on race day: Includes one vehicle and six occupants. Walk to center of the course for great views. Bring chairs. 	Corporate Entertainment Tent – $3000: 20’ x 20’ tent on the rail on Finish Line West. Complete with tables, chairs and lines, ready for your caterer. Passes for 30 guests. We are happy to custom design an entertainment package for your specific needs. Please contact the office to reserve.
